
I have 29 years of dance experience and over 15 yrs. fitness experience. As an AFAA certified instructor, I have taught a variety of formats including aerobics, Tabata, Senior Fitness, Yoga, Kickboxing and Pilates as well as ballet, contemporary, and hip hop dance. I was awarded Gold’s Gym Trainer of the Year in 2015. As much as I love fitness, my love for Jesus is my steaying force. I have experience in marriage, women’s, and children’s ministries and have served as a leader for small groups and youth. My roles and responsibilities inspire me to serve in the areas of prayer, benevolence, counsel and care. My hobbies include gardening, organization, remodeling and interior design.
