While the details vary with the plan, rest assured that you will receive very specific guidance on what to eat, how often, and when.

At 265 Point Total Fitness, we focus on teaching you how to reach your goals eating whole foods. Minimal supplements (like protein powder, fish oil, and probiotics) are used in our program. Follow your physician’s advice regarding any vitamins or supplements you may need.​

Regaining energy, finding balance, and achieving optimal health does take time and effort, however, we do the heavy lifting for you! All you have to do is show up (in-person or online) and execute! We provide a simple meal planning tool that makes healthy eating easy and our workouts are done in a flash! You will burn more calories in less time, promoting fat loss.
