I don’t know about you, but I didn’t grow up playing sports and exercising was not a priority in my parent’s household. I NEVER worked out! So when I had the “come to Jesus” talk from my doctor, I was concerned, really concerned about my ability to start and stick to an exercise plan. I had tried so many times before and failed. What would make this time any different?
Thankfully, through a series of divine events, I connected with a group of like-minded people that made working out fun and at the same time held me accountable. As crazy as it sounds, I actually wanted to workout and that made all the difference for me. I’m 100% positive that I wouldn’t be where I am today without that group and that’s why I created the Get Fit Challenge.
This challenge is specially designed for someone like me who:
- Has little to no time to get in shape.
- Has trouble sticking to a fitness routine.
- Hates working out for hours in a gym without seeing results.
- Haven’t been active in a while (or ever) and wonders if you can keep up.
- Lacks the motivation to get in shape.

- Our workouts are fast paced so you don’t have to spend a ton of time in the gym, we will be in and out in 45 minutes or less.
