We’ll work the legs with “Stripes & Squats”, abs with “Star Spangled Bicycles”, and then get in some “Red, White & Glutes”. It’s going to be a great time! We’ll be awarding a 30-day VIP pass to the visitor
in the coolest 4th of July costume.

“Firecracker Workout” with Coach Tam (FREE and Open to the Public)
Let’s blast some extra fat and calories to keep you looking toned and tight for summer! We’ll do a balance of explosive cardio movements and exercises for sculpting and toning. All fitness levels are welcome
and after the workout, join us for Red, White and Blue smoothies.
