265 Point Total Fitness is a non-denominational, Christian business. We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, the Bible is infallible, that God has a Good Plan for each believer’s life, and that plan includes being healthy and whole.  We welcome people of all faiths to join us.

What Will My First Class Look Like?

Your trainer will greet you with a smile and take the time to help you get ready for the workout. This will include helping you find a spot in class, picking out the proper equipment, and introducing you to your new workout buddies.

At the start time, the trainer will gather everyone together and say a brief prayer of protection before beginning the workout.

Next, the trainer will crank up the music and lead you in warm-up exercises to prep your body for the main workout.

After the warm-up, you’ll go into the “work phase” comprised of a combination of cardio and strength exercises to get you fit and strong. You’ll work up a good sweat and then move to cool down exercises.

The group will then clean up the equipment and transition to the bible study. After the study is completed, the trainer will say a brief prayer and dismiss until next time.

Where Are You Located and How Do I Get There? 

Our address is 7800 Stevens Mill Rd. Suite G, Matthews, NC 28104. We are conveniently located off of Hwy 485 using the Lawyers Rd. or Idlewild Exits. The studio is in the Stevens Mill Shopping Center, just two doors down from Harris Teeter.

The price of your membership depends on the program that you choose. Join us for one of our STRIVE Workout + Bible Study events to see what you like. Then you will meet with Coach Tam to pick the best option for you.
