Saturday, March 6th at 7:30 AM EST: Workout & Word Online Meet Up

 

Looking for something safe & fun to get into this Saturday? Well, guess what?! The Mind, Body, & Spirit Connection Point is BACK!

Join us live on Zoom for a fun time of faith, fitness, and fellowship! First, enjoy a 30-minute “your race, your pace” online workout with your new friends. Right after the workout, we’ll transition to an interactive online bible study that is designed to help you put Jesus first, set powerful goals, and stick to them!

Thursday, March 18th at 7:00 PM EST: Moves for MS Charity Workout

 

Come move with us! We’re on a mission to stop Multiple sclerosis (MS) in its tracks.

If you know anyone with MS, you know what a debilitating disease it can be.

The team at 265 Point Total Fitness wants to be a part of the solution ! We are hosting a virtual, donation-based workout on Thursday, March 18th from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST to raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

What is MS?

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body.

Why is This Fundraiser Important?

MS has no known cure. Research is needed to uncover the cause of MS, what triggers it, and what what can be done to stop it or protect against it.

This fundraising event is sponsored by Tamara “Coach Tam” Jackson, the CEO of 265 Point Total Fitness whose grandmother and aunt both had MS. Her grandmother lost her sight at the hands of the disease and her aunt lost her ability to walk.

This event is a 265 Point “Love in Action” initiative where the company rallies behind a cause that demonstrates the love of Christ to a person or group in need.
